This year, startup founders, investors, corporate representatives, academic researchers, government officials, and other actors in the innovation ecosystem will be welcomed by more than 80 expert speakers from Serbia and around the world who will share their experiences. Lectures, motivational speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions will be held on 9 simultaneous stages, and the visitors will get the opportunity to get familiar with domestic startups and their innovative solutions in the startup zone. During this event, current market and investment trends will be presented, along with the challenges and possibilities coming with scaling, the potential of multidisciplinarity in innovative teams, and the implications of introducing new technologies into life, society, and the economy.
SPLET Tech conference, which is scheduled for October 10th at MTS Hall, will feature well-known names from the local ecosystem, including Emilija Vuković, co-founder of Agile Dynamics Tech, and Miljan Tekić, co-founder and COO of one of the fastest-growing domestic startups - Tenderly.
Đorđe Vukotić, Director of Projects and Operations at Joberty, will also be there, along with globally recognized experts such as Andrew Nguyen, currently leading the global capacity of medical informatics at Roche. Marko and Marija Grujić, founders of the startup Neuroblast, will share their story of how they connected video games with biomedicine. Kristina Janković Obućina, from the Serbian Games Association , will present the new Shift2Games program - a platform that provides detailed and reliable information about gaming as a career path to all interested individuals.
Conference participants will also have the opportunity to hear from representatives of Venture Capital (VC) funds, TS Ventures, Fifth Quarter Ventures, and Omorika Ventures, about the investment niches they focus on and which stages of startup company development they support.
Participants will also receive answers from representatives of support organizations in the region to the question, “Why are we stronger together?”
