The Meetup will be divided into two parts: business and tech.

Alexey Kim, MLE actum.cx, will cover tech topics: architectures for dialogue systems, goal-oriented vs chit-chat / LLM bots, dialogue management engine & NLU pipeline, key challenges in Conversational AI tech.
