For the seventh time, CGA 2025 is putting Belgrade on the global map of creative industries. Organized by the Serbian Film Association, Crater Training Center, and Materriya Talent Development, the conference will offer two days of inspiring talks, masterclasses, and networking with industry leaders. The program will take place on April 10 and 11 at the Yugoslav Film Archive in Belgrade.

This year’s theme, “Untitled”, reflects the dynamic changes shaping the digital world. In an era of rapid technological development—including artificial intelligence, new business models, and the transformation of creative industries—CGA 2025 will explore how professionals in film, video games, digital arts, and visual communication are adapting, redefining their goals, and embracing innovation.

A special focus will be placed on artificial intelligence and its impact on the creative sector. In film, the conversation will center around the future of VFX, new tools, and AI-assisted workflows. In gaming, topics will include procedural worlds and real-time rendering technologies. Participants will have the chance to explore the latest developments in animation and immersive technologies, while part of the program will also highlight new trends in marketing campaigns.

Official partners of the conference include global leaders such as Autodesk (along with Wonder Dynamics and Golaem), Foundry, SideFX, Unity, Nebius, Lenovo, and Epson. The program will feature lectures and workshops by internationally recognized experts who have worked on projects like Game of Thrones and Peaky Blinders.

As part of the Creative Moxie project, CGA 2025 will also showcase emerging talents from Montenegro, Serbia, and North Macedonia—including creators developing content in Fortnite and Minecraft. This part of the program is supported by the British Council and implemented within the Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans project, funded by the European Union.
