Privacy Policy Addendum

This Privacy Policy Addendum (hereinafter: Addendum) is an amendment to the existing Privacy Policy of the belgradegets.digital website (hereinafter: website) owned by NOVA ISKRA Design Incubator Ltd. Belgrade with a registered office at Gavrila Principa 43, Belgrade, Serbia, company identification number: 17603892 (hereinafter: Nova Iskra) that applies to privacy considerations arising out of the temporary project activities related to page (hereinafter: Landing Page) and the campaign to attract digital nomads to Belgrade and provide opportunities for vaccination in cooperation with the Office for Information Technologies and eGovernment of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: e-Government).

The Addendum covers collection and use of data provided by visitors for the duration of the campaign and will enter into force on the day the Landing Page becomes publicly available onthe website. For all matters not explicitly regulated under the Addendum, Privacy Policy of the website will apply.

Gathering and Use of Data

If you are using this Landing Page you accept that your personal data is used in accordance with this Addendum. All the personal information provided by filing out and submitting the first application form as well as voluntarily completing a survey or providing feedback on any of the message boards or via email in relating to activities pertaining to the Landing Page will be collected for the following purposes:

Your name, surname, email, phone number, date of birth, passport number, links to professional networks and proofs you sent will be used primarily for the purpose of analyzing the application and initial screening of applicants who designate themselves as digital nomads.
Upon successful screening of the application, your name, surname, email, phone number, date of birth and passport number will be forwarded to the e-Government of the Republic of Serbia.
e-Government will use the provided information to match their own vaccination application and provide the service in line with their own privacy policy.

Nova Iskra will use personal information only in a manner that is consistent with the purpose for which it was collected, or for which the users have given consent, or in accordance with the applicable laws on the protection of personal data and other regulations in Serbia.

Third Parties

Users that expressed interest in vaccination upon arrival to Serbia accept that personal information provided in the application form can be referred to the Office for Information Technologies and eGovernment of the Republic of Serbia. Sharing of personal data in this context is intended solely for coordinating vaccination efforts for digital nomads, in line with users’ expressed interest. The information given during this process (name, surname and e-mail address) may be used outside of the scope of this project between third parties, members of the BelgradeGets.Digital Initiative, listed below in order to inform you on perks and benefits that can be of interest to you:

Personal data (name, surname, email address and phone number) collected during this project will be retained. When the customer relationship ends, we will normally retain your personal data for 5 years.

Furthermore, we may retain data until the end of legitimate interest in engagements related to digital nomads.
